Close to Cat Cat, Deo Sapa seems like a minority ethnic village to discover in the Sa Pa district.
I think so because I saw "Deo Sapa" many times on local maps in Sapa Town, but when you try to do a Deo Sapa search on Google, Yahoo or Bing, it do not show concrete results so my guess will be that DEO means something in Vietnamese (like a smaller village) and it makes sense for Vietnameses but not for english results.
It is totally 2 different world. You probably need a ride to go Deo Sapa compare to Cat Cat Village which you can access by walking a few minutes from Sapa city ...
